Google (GOOG) this afternoon reported Q4 revenue and EPS ahead of analysts’ estimates and said co-founder Larry Page will replace Eric Schmidt as CEO, with Schmidt becoming executive chairman. Co-founder Sergey Brin will devote himself to strategic projects.
