Symantec (SYMC) reported revenue for its fiscal fourth quarter ended April 2 of $1.535 billion, up 3% from a year ago, and slightly ahead of the Street at $1.52 billion. Non-GAAP EPS was 40 cents, ahead of the consensus at 37 cents.

Websense (WBSN) shares are trading lower on a modest Q1 earnings miss.
For Q1, the security software company reported revenue of $79.8 million and non-GAAP profits of 26 cents a share, short of the Street at $82.6 million and 27 cents.
